By accessing or using XMarks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
XMarks is a bookmark management service that helps you organize and discover X bookmarks. We provide AI-powered categorization and a discovery feature to help you get more value from your saved tweets.
User Accounts
You must have a valid X account to use XMarks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payment
XMarks offers a paid subscription at $9/month after a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or collect data from our service without permission
Limitation of Liability
XMarks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service.
